A Better Space for Better Ideas.

Women-owned, mid-century modern, and thoughtfully designed for creative work. Calm, curious, and a little unexpected.

We built this space for teams, founders, and creators who think better when their environment has a pulse.

The textures, the colors, the natural light, the layout. Polished without being stiff, playful without being chaotic.

The kind of space where strategy suddenly clicks, ideas feel bigger, and people loosen up enough to do their best work.

After decades of leading creative teams and hosting events all over the city, founder Maria Orozova knew Austin needed a meeting space that wasn’t just functional, but energizing. Something elevated, but not snobby.

Hospitality done differently. A place that makes your whole body say, yes, this.

So that’s what Guad Haus became: A design-forward environment made for offsites, brainstorms, showcases, retreats, and any gathering where clarity and creativity matter. A home base for big thinking and real connection. A space that supports the work you came here to do.

Guad Haus isn’t here to impress you. It’s here to move your ideas forward. Welcome in!
