Haus Essentials is our half-building rental designed for teams and hosts who want access to Guad Haus’ most versatile spaces while keeping the atmosphere intimate and focused.

This package includes the Platform Flex Space (up to ~30 seated / ~35 standing), our curated Lounge + Café Area, and a Private Conference Room for breakout sessions or executive meetings. Guests also have access to the Kitchen + Prep Area, a Private Phone Booth with desk and ring light, powder bathroom, and welcoming entry seating.

Equipped with high-speed WiFi, two Smart TVs, projection capabilities, whiteboard, and optional photography lighting, Haus Essentials is ideal for workshops, strategy days, panels, and creative shoots. With parking for up to 10 vehicles and a total capacity of approximately 50 guests, it offers a seamless, elevated experience - without requiring a full-building buyout.
